About

I'm Emilie, a jewelry artist based in Cologne, Germany.

I began creating jewelry in 2022 and have been exploring techniques and materials ever since – from pearls and gemstones to glass, ceramics, and silver. After deepening my silversmithing practice during studies abroad in Tokyo, I have been focusing more on lost wax casting.

When I am not at the workbench, you mostly find me in street- and club-style dance cultures. They inspire me to create from the soul and to be curious about movement, rhythm and emotion.

My jewelry is for everyone, no matter your gender or size. I care about creating things that feel alive, imperfect, raw. Sometimes a little strange, always shaped by hand.

Wearing something close to your body becomes an extension of how you express yourself. So to see something I created on another person feels super connecting and humbling.

Material

  • Sterling Silver

    Sterling silver, also known as 925 Silver is a durable precious metal containing 92.5% pure silver, making it perfect for everyday wear without losing its quality over time.

    Most silver I use is sourced from a French supplier that uses 55-90% recycled silver.

  • 18K Gold Vermeil

    The golden products have a 3 micron thick layer of 18K gold → up to 30 times thicker than standard gold plating.

    It is electroplated onto Sterling Silver, ensuring a durable, long-lasting finish that looks and feels like real gold while resisting water and wear.

  • Gemstones

    The natural, semi-precious gemstones offer a variety of colors and unique patterns.

    They come from a German supplier of high-quality material that is a member of Fair Trade Minerals & Gems e.V.

  • Freshwaterpearls

    I use natural, high-quality pearls cultivated in freshwater mussels.

    For a more sustainable process, most of the pearls are upcycled from vintage pearl jewelry, especially the pieces with petite pearls. Larger pearls are sourced first hand. See each product’s details for pearl type.

  • Packaging

    Your pieces will be shipped plastic-free and arrive in unlabelled, reusable velvet bags or carton boxes, depending on your picks.

  • Guarantee

    All pieces are crafted by hand with high quality materials to ensure longevity and durability.
    In case something still breaks, I’m happy to repair or replace the piece.

Size Guide

  • Rings

    To measure your ring size, wrap a strip of paper around the base of your finger, mark where it overlaps, and measure the length in millimeters — this length equals your European ring size (e.g. 54 mm = size 54).

    You can also measure the diameter of a ring you own, multiply it by π (3.14) — for example, 17 mm × 3.14 = 53.4, which is about a size 53. This method is a little less accurate.

    For best results, you can ask to have your size professionally measured at a jewelry store.

  • Necklaces

    Most necklaces are offered in 40cm for a tighter fit as well as 45cm for a looser fit and come with a 5cm extension chain that allows you to easily adjust the size to your fit.
